Client provides part/drawing/sketch:
- Analysis: Appearance & dimension check.
- Confirmation: Client approve the drawing.
- Mold: Base on the complexity of the product, plastic material, annual quantity(provide by the client), to evaluate the cavity of the mold and the material(metal).
- Quotation: Base on annual quantity and type of plastic material to quote.
- Existing Mold: Skip to Next Step.

Client provides part/drawing/sketch:
- Trail Production: Deliver T1 samples within 50 work days(top). Modify/refine the mold if needed, otherwise, awaits for sample approval.
- Mass Production: After samples are approved, we take orders based on the MOQ agreed with client. We separate produced parts every 1.5 hours for packing.
- Packing & Delivery: Final Random Inspection is made before delivery. We do packings as customer's requirement. Every delivery comes with FAI report and the an all-cavity products before packing.
